Ayur Manthra sells products through their employers appointed by the distributors in the state, district and Taluk level. There will be 5 to 25 field staff under each distributor. Purchases are made in advance from distributor for products. 55% of the distributor’s commission who pay over 5 lakh and 60% for those who buy over 10 lakhs.
